The interest for the island has swayed between different groups, in 534 it was the Eastern Roman Empire, in the 1980s it was the hippies, then came the yuppies in the 90s and in 2018 the jetsetters have to leave room for entrepreneurs, sporty spices, food critics and culture lovers of all sorts. Palma is a 4000 year old cultural amazing mix - and today there is no longer one single group characterizing the island. ”Now when the island seems more modern and international than ever, we think it’s the perfect timing to open up a local office in Palma. Kalle Wallroth and Ninos Younan have worked as real estate agents in Mallorca for several years and add to that long experience as entrepreneurs, project manager and of international work.
